A: There is no limit to the amount of alarm triggers. Help Points and Lone Worker alarms can be used with the same control panel.

Q: How many separate named alarm zones can be programmed?
A: 512 named zones
can be supported by each system – multiple systems can be installed per site.

Q: How much staff training is required?
A: Very minima

A:
Emergency Response personnel will have a text message displayed on their pagers, SMS mobile phones and/or networked PC’s detailing the location of the emergency.

Q: How do you reset the alarm after an incident or a false alarm?
A:
The system can be easily reset at the Control Panel.

Q: Does the system keep a record of any incidents?
A: Yes.
A complete audit trail is maintained which helps when complying with Health and Safety regulations and any potential investigations.

Q: What happens if we move premises?
A: No problem.
The beauty of the SBES LIFESAVER system is its ease of installation and relocation because of it's predominantly wire-free design.

Q: What happens to the alarm system during a power failure?
A:
The complete system is protected by a rechargeable battery back-up containing enough power to keep the system fully operational for a minimum of 8 hours.

Q: What about maintenance?
A: The first year's maintenance is included in the purchase price
. We recommend annual maintenance inspections by our engineers to thoroughly check the system, update software and change all the Help Point batteries. For most installations this takes no longer than one day and can be out-of-hours if required.

Q: How much does it cost?
A:
This depends on each site and the number of trigger and response points required. We will provide a free site survey and quote at your convenience.
